Personal statement
I have been helping clients make their houses, villas and condos feel like ‘homes’ for many years.
Having worked in the construction industry, I found that after purchasing a property a lot of my clients, many of whom were non-Thai, would continue to ask for contacts, help and advice on how to maintain their home.

My wife and I have used the services of Khun Jum on several occasions. She came highly recommended from friends and we understand why. Anyone with a shred of experience of Thai contractors will tell you the same 'be very picky when it comes to choosing one. But with Jum we have always felt secure, right from the start. First of all, she speaks really good English' actually better than I do. Secondly, she has been working with westerners for many years and understands our way of thinking.
You will get a detailed quotation to make an informed decision from and should you decide to proceed, you will get an equally detailed contract. Delays and higher than previously expected costs can happen for perfectly good reasons, no matter what country, but we have never experienced any of this with Khun Jum. Another truly annoying thing is when you cant get hold of your contractor, when he or she doesn't promptly return your phone calls or emails. This behavior is an example of common problems with contractors, but something that Jum has never put us through. She is not only a highly skilled contractor but also a genuinely decent person!'

If quality, getting things in time, getting adequate quotations and fare prices are important for you, you definitely want to hire Khun Jum. I have had the opportunity to hire Khun Jum on several occasions, concerning different matters. It has become several occasions as I was so satisfied the first time and it will be several more occasions in the future as she so far always have succeeded in making me more than pleased. Luckily she was the one we turned to when we needed things constructed at home. And everything was to our satisfaction from the first meeting, the quotation that were met, the timetable that where followed and last but not least the result. Great quality delivered in time.
So when we needed help with construction where I work we asked for her help again and same story. When it was time to throw a party she had started her catering service so we asked her for her help - and she delivered to our satisfaction again! The food was just delicious. As we wanted mixed types of food we got it - there was Thai food, Vietnamese food and Western food. And to absolutely fare prices. I for sure will continue hire Khun Jum. And I can promise you that if you do the same you will end up very pleased and content. By the way do you know that she has got a restaurant in Phuket Town so if you just want to enjoy her food without throwing a party you can go there any time.
